Searching for a service I felt comfortable with in the Atlanta area was tougher than I thought it would be. Ambassador was wonderful - very professional from the person that answered the phone through the drop off service. We were picked up on time, and arrival to airport was timely. The return trip from the airport to our home was superb. Stephen was waiting on us to arrive, and was great. We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. Their pricing is great. Vehicle was in great shape.

This past week we booked a sprinter and an escalade from ambassador global, and our Driver Sid was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure our trip was comfortable. Booking was very easy as well and I definitely recommend the service and Sid.

This service was everything that I expect in a car service, and more. I took a last minute flight and asked to be delivered to a hospital. Understanding the situation, my driver, Ricky, found me at baggage claim, took my bag and got me to his near awaiting SUV. The plan changed and I was needed at another address, and that was no problem. Ricky was kind and professional. Will only use this company in the future.

My Husband and I booked at Trip last weekend taking a bus load of our old co_workers to a Memorial service for our Store Mgr that Passed. The Bus was Awesome, very clean, and very comfortable. It was a 6 hour drive each way. The Drivers Earl and Wash made our trip even better. They went out of their way to make sure we had a Fantastic trip. We will be using Ambassador again and will be requesting Earl and Wash for our next Trip. The drivers even took our pictures for us. Great guys!!!!!!

My experience with Joffre was very satisfying. joffre followed directions very well. He was dressed professional Joffre was on time, as well as in position when needed each time. He driving skills was a masterpiece. i will definitely put in a referral for Joffre in the near future when we book again.

I had the most delightful ride with Joffre! We had a pleasant conversation filled with laughs the entire time. I appreciated how he did not drive fast which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I have PTSD from an accident in which I broke my neck so I generally don’t like being a passenger on the highway. I was never nervous during my ride which says a lot about Joffre’s driving. I hope I get him again when I’m in Atlanta!

I have been using Black Car Services for 7 years now and a lot of companies are very different you can definitely tell that these guy's over their at Ambassador Global Chauffeur are Top Tier. This marks my 3rd time using them. And I must say if your looking for a company to handle large to small events with new model buses and Cadillac Escalade, Sprinters you name it they got it. I lost my phone in back seat and they went out of their way to make sure I got my property back and didnt even charge me. Thanks again Ayman and Latoya🙏🏻 I'm forever grateful

Great experience with Ambassador Limousine Service. Everything was smooth from the start. The dispatcher was super friendly and helpful, always on top of communication. The drivers were on time, handled traffic well, and took alternate routes to keep us on schedule. Overall great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Ambassador Limousine car service is truly amazing 🤩 clean, comfortable, and with excellent customer service. Our ride was very pleasant. Especially Mechelle, who was our driver. I have never met someone so kind and helpful. I lost my iPhone in one of their cars, and she patiently helped me figure everything out without any complaint. She guided me on how to solve the issue, and finally, I found my iPhone with her assistance. I am deeply and truly thankful to Ms. Mechelle.
